• International Shipping: 7–21 business days

Once an order has shipped, tracking information will be emailed to you.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct — we are unable to reroute packages once shipped.

Because each piece is hand-selected and made to order, we currently do not accept returns or cancellations once an order is placed.

However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

• Order Number
• Clear Photos of the Issue

We will be happy to assist with a replacement or solution.
